LEGAL MANAGER | Up to £100,000 per annum plus 22% bonus scheme

Hybrid role with both office and home-working

Are you a commercially minded solicitor looking to make a real impact in a dynamic, fast-paced business? We're seeking a proactive and pragmatic Legal Manager to join our team and provide expert legal support across a broad range of commercial and corporate matters.

As Legal Manager, you will:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts for the supply of goods and services
  • Manage external legal counsel on matters including real estate, capital and debt markets, and broader corporate activity
  • Deliver high-quality, commercially focused legal advice across all areas of the business
  • Support the Group's corporate governance and compliance initiatives
  • Stay abreast of legal and regulatory developments, advising on best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risk

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE
  • A self-starter who thrives working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Commercially astute, with the ability to distil complex commercial issues and legal advice into clear, practical, concise and accurate recommendations
  • Experienced in-house (essential), ideally with exposure to the leisure and tourism sector (desirable)

This is a hybrid role with remote working and minimal travel, requiring one day per week at Forest House.

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest finish time is 7pm.

Please note, this is a hybrid role with remote working and minimal travel, requiring one day per week at Forest House.
