MARKETING MANAGER – AQUA SANA FOREST SPA | £48,000 per annum plus 12% bonus scheme

Hybrid role with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote working.  Regular travel to our villages in the UK and Ireland will be required, along with some overnight stays.

This is an exciting opportunity to join us in the pivotal role of Marketing Manager for our Aqua Sana Forest Spa.

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the planning and implementation of a comprehensive marketing support plan for the 5-year strategy.  This is a high-impact role combining brand development and brand guardianship with campaign management, operational support and on village guest experience enhancement. 

You’ll be the driving force behind integrated marketing campaigns, brand development, and content creation, working closely with internal teams and external partners to elevate the Aqua Sana experience across all Center Parcs villages.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Delivering the Aqua Sana Forest Spa brand strategy and marketing plan
  • Leading multi-channel campaigns and creative content development
  • Managing stakeholder relationships across commercial, operations, and village teams
  • Overseeing brand consistency across all guest touchpoints
  • Evaluating campaign performance and drive ROI
  • Leading and developing a high-performing team
  • Managing and tracking the Aqua Sana Forest Spa marketing budget

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest finish time is 7pm.

Please note, this role will be hybrid with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote working.  Regular travel to our villages in the UK and Ireland will be required, along with some overnight stays.

ABOUT YOU

Essential requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager
  • Strong brand and multi-channel campaign management skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
  • Analytical mindset with creative judgement
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Willingness to travel regularly

Desirable requirements: 

  • Experience in spa, leisure, tourism, or hospitality marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer lifecycle marketing
  • Experience of brand development
