We're a thriving team passionate about working together to deliver excellence, all in a natural forest environment.

Welcome to Center Parcs - the leading provider of short break holidays, supported by a dedicated team of over 10,000 colleagues across Forest House (our Head Office) and six unique village locations throughout the UK and Ireland.

Compliance Learning Partner | £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

Hybrid role with a mix of office, home-working and travel to our villages.

We're looking for a Compliance Learning Partner at Center Parcs to lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of compliance-related training across our business. This role ensures we meet all legal, health and safety, technical, and professional training requirements, while also identifying smarter, more efficient ways of delivering this learning.

Based at our welcoming Forest House office, where we'd love to see you at least a couple of days each week. The rest of the time, you'll be out exploring our different villages, collaborating with the fantastic people who make everything happen or working remotely.

You'll play a key role in budget planning and in challenging how training is delivered, helping us identify duplication, reduce costs, and improve relevance and efficiency.

As our Compliance Learning Partner, you'll be involved in:

  • Identifying and maintaining a clear understanding of all mandatory training requirements, including legal, regulatory, technical, professional, and health and safety standards
  • Working closely with Health & Safety, Operations, and village-based teams to plan and coordinate compliance training needs and schedules - ensuring the right learning happens at the right time, every time
  • Monitoring and ensuring refresher cycles are in place, so that training compliance is maintained continuously across the organisation
  • Collaborating closely with the relevant team to ensure learning courses, training sessions, and any required accommodation are booked and arranged efficiently and on schedule, supporting a smooth learner experience
  • Leading regular meetings with key stakeholders at all levels of the business - including senior leadership, local teams, and subject matter experts - to align training activity with operational realities and compliance priorities
  • Budget planning and management for compliance-related training activity - ensuring spend is aligned to priorities and monitored effectively throughout the year
  • Preparing budget insights and presenting updates at key points throughout the financial year, offering visibility, recommendations, and clear justifications to leadership and finance partners
  • Recommending more efficient approaches to learning delivery, including rationalising external providers, reducing duplication in content, and exploring blended or in-house solutions where appropriate
  • Maintaining clear and up-to-date visibility of compliance training metrics and supporting reporting requirements as needed for audits, regulatory bodies, or internal assurance
  • Contributing to wider learning or talent development projects, based on strategic priorities and emerging business challenges

We'd love to hear from you if you...

  • Have experience in a compliance, training, or learning and development role within a regulated, technical, or operational environment
  • Understand the regulatory training landscape, including legal and health and safety obligations, professional accreditations, and refresher cycle
  • Are confident working with multiple stakeholders - from H&S and operational managers to external providers and senior business leaders
  • Have experience with or understanding of training budgets, including planning, forecasting, preparing insights, and presenting updates at key points in the financial cycle
  • Bring a practical, problem-solving mindset - keen to improve systems, reduce complexity, and ensure training remains focused and relevant
  • Communicate clearly and can translate regulatory needs into clear plans and actions
  • Are comfortable using learning systems or tracking tools (e.g. LMS, compliance dashboards) to monitor and report on training completion and compliance status
