Create festive magic for every guest

Step into the festive season as Head Elf and help deliver magical Christmas experiences for families. You'll oversee daily operations, lead a team of festive characters and ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, joyful visit to Santa's Woodland Workshop.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and manage a team, ensuring rotas are covered and operations run smoothly
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and maintain high service standards
• Oversee workshop operations including access control, toy stock and photo delivery
• Train and support colleagues and assist with events

Your working hours

Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 25th December 2026

• Full-time contract, fully flexible
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
• Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday

About you

• Outgoing with a friendly and approachable attitude
• Supervisory experience in a demanding, customer facing role
• Strong communication and customer service skills, fostering positive relationships
• Computer literate with the ability to perform under pressure
• Enthusiasm for the Christmas / seasonal spirit

Note: You'll need to complete a Garda vetting before starting (we'll help with that).
