Talent Acquisition Partner | £45,000 per annum plus 12% bonus scheme

We believe the modern Talent Acquisition Partner is more than a recruiter, they're a strategic, data-driven, tech-enabled force, partnering closely with the business to shape its future workforce. As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Center Parcs, you will play a pivotal role in proactively supporting and driving key hiring opportunities to support our company aims in building a more inclusive workforce. 

Whilst based in one of our villages, you'll also have the opportunity to lead key projects for the wider company and be part of a community of practice, driving change in our recruiting and onboarding practices. 

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be involved in:

  • Strategic Workforce Planning - Collaborating with leadership to understand business goals and translate them into hiring plans that align with company growth strategies 
  • Candidate Sourcing - Proactively identifying and engaging potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, employee referrals) 
  • Employer Branding - Developing and maintaining the company's reputation as an employer of choice through content creation, social media presence, and candidate experience 
  • Assessment and Selection - Using data-driven methods to evaluate candidates, including areas like structured interviews, skills assessments, and behavioural evaluations 
  • Market Intelligence - Researching industry trends, benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies 
  • Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives - Implementing strategies to attract and hire diverse talent while reducing bias in the hiring process 
  • Recruitment Technology Management - Leveraging our ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), CRM tools, and AI-based solutions to streamline recruitment 
  • Data Analytics - Tracking and analysing recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) to continuously improve processes 
  • Onboarding Coordination - Working with your People Team to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company

  • Have a proven track record of building hiring strategies that actually move the needle on business goals 
  • Are energised by the challenge of finding exceptional talent in competitive markets 
  • Thrive on building genuine relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike 
  • Have experience with modern recruitment technology and aren't afraid to experiment -with new tools and ways of working 
  • Can tell the story of why someone should join our company as compellingly as any marketing campaign 
  • Are comfortable diving into data to understand what's working (and what isn't) in our recruitment process 
  • Have proven ability to manage multiple complex hiring processes simultaneously, successfully recruiting for roles across all levels, from entry-level to senior leadership
  • Have successfully hired for roles ranging from entry-level to senior leadership positions 
  • Are passionate about creating inclusive hiring practices that bring diverse perspectives to teams 
  • Enjoy the detective work of sourcing passive candidates who aren't actively looking 
  • Have experience partnering with leadership to forecast talent needs and build pipeline strategies 
  • Are excited about the opportunity to shape how we attract and hire the next generation of our team 
  • Believe that candidate experience matters as much as the final hiring decision 
  • Are ready to be the face of our company to the external talent market 

This is a full-time position with working patterns designed to support both our operational needs and your work-life balance. Our team typically collaborates during core hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
