We're a thriving team passionate about working together to deliver excellence, all in a natural forest environment.
Welcome to Center Parcs - the leading provider of short break holidays, supported by a dedicated team of over 10,000 colleagues across Forest House (our Head Office) and six unique village locations throughout the UK and Ireland.
Learning Technology Partner | £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Hybrid role with a mix of office, home-working and travel to our villages.
We're looking for a proactive and technically skilled Learning Technology Partner to lead the management, optimisation, and evolution of our digital learning ecosystem. You will take ownership of our learning platform(s), ensuring they are user-friendly, well-integrated, and delivering meaningful insights that help us continuously improve the learner experience.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of technology, data, and learning. Based at our welcoming Forest House office, where we'd love to see you at least a couple of days each week. The rest of the time, you'll be out exploring our different Villages, collaborating with the fantastic people who make everything happen or working remotely.
As our Learning Technology Partner, you'll be involved in:
- Using data and learning analytics to generate insights that help improve the learner experience, engagement, and content relevance. You'll interpret platform data to spot trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend data-informed improvements
- Leading and supporting project work, including the implementation of new platforms or tools, as well as enhancing existing systems. This could involve everything from coordinating stakeholders to testing integrations and supporting rollout plans
- Driving platform adoption and optimisation, ensuring that learners, managers, and content creators understand how to get the most from our learning technologies. You'll help shape internal communication strategies, support enablement efforts, and track adoption metrics
- Collaborating across teams - including the wider People team, IT and external providers - to ensure the platform aligns with business needs, integrates smoothly with existing systems, and delivers a high-quality user experience
- Exploring and piloting new technologies that support learning in the flow of work, skill development, or performance enablement. You'll stay on top of emerging tools and trends and help assess what could bring value to the business
- Improving platform usability and learner journeys, using feedback, analytics, and stakeholder input to continuously enhance how learning is accessed, experienced, and measured
- Contributing to wider learning or talent development projects, based on strategic priorities and emerging business challenges
We'd love to hear from you if you have ...
- Proven experience managing digital learning platforms (LMS / LXP)
- Proficiency with learning technologies such as Totara, or equivalent
- Experience working with SCORM formats and reporting dashboards
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and support skills; able to simplify technical issues for non-technical audiences
- Confidence and capability in collaborating with cross-functional teams
- A keen eye for detail with good problem-solving and project management skills
