As our Induction and Emerging Talent Partner, you'll be involved in:
- Owning and continuously improving the induction and onboarding experience ensuring new starters feel welcomed and connected from day one
- Identifying and introducing a core learning offer that supports foundational skills and makes learning accessible for everyone
- Managing and growing our apprenticeship programmes, from working with providers and internal teams to supporting colleagues and managers and tracking impact
- Designing and delivering early career pathways to help colleagues take their first steps and grow with us
- Working with stakeholders to define and promote career pathways helping colleagues understand how they can grow and progress
- Support development initiatives for our Forest House (office based) population, tailoring learning to their unique needs
- Collaborating across HR, business teams, and external partners to deliver initiatives that are scalable, inclusive and tailored to workforce needs
- Contributing to wider learning or talent development projects that respond to business priorities and future needs
We'd love to hear from you if you...
- Have experience in L&D, talent development, or early careers roles, ideally with exposure to onboarding, apprenticeship management, and / or development programmes
- Have demonstrated how to create learning journeys and development pathways that are inclusive, engaging, and aligned to organisational needs
- Can build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers, acting as a trusted partner and skilled project coordinator
- Are familiar with apprenticeship levy use and compliance, and can help maximise its value
- Bring experience or passion for supporting underrepresented groups, such as Women's Development or broader DEI-focused initiatives
- Communicate clearly, can facilitate learning effectively, and know how to make development meaningful for different audiences
- Have a proactive, collaborative, and curious approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
