Aqua Sana Forest Spa is an award-winning spa offering a combination of experiences, products and treatments. Each spa – one at each Center Parcs location – is uniquely designed, with up to 25 spa experience rooms to explore. There is also an extensive range of face and body treatments available to book, carried out by expert therapists using products from the finest product houses including Elemis, Comfort Zone and VOYA.

Aqua Sana Forest Spa is extremely popular and is accessible to both guests staying on the Village as a Center Parcs guest, and external guests who visit Aqua Sana Forest Spa during Spa Days and Spa Breaks.

SPA RETAIL ASSISTANT | £12.37 per hour

As an Aqua Sana Retail Assistant, you will provide a professional service and ensure retail advice is given to all guests who visit the Aqua Sana Boutique, ensuring the highest standards are maintained to give the best possible experience. There are a wide range of products available for sale, including Elemis, BLISS, Bare Escentual, CND and Aqua Sana own brand.

Working as part of a team, the role requires a professional but outgoing approach, accompanied with enthusiasm at all times and a passion to deliver customer satisfaction.

This role would suit somebody with experience of working for beauty product houses in spas or on a beauty counter in a store, or a Beauty Therapist looking for a change of career.

Responsibilities will include:

  • To advise and recommend skincare and homecare products to all guests visiting the Aqua Sana Boutique, maximising revenue opportunities to ensure budget targets and daily targets are met.
  • Ensure retail items are kept at par stock levels and any stock shortages are reported to the Aqua Sana Manager.
  • Provide each guest with excellent care and attention at all times and represent the Company in a professional manner following the Aqua Sana Guest Service Journey.

HOURS OF WORK

You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.

As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.

ABOUT YOU

Essential requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail
  • Computer Literacy
  • Pre-empts problems and seeks to find solutions
  • Previous experience of working within a similar role / beauty industry
  • Previous experience of working in a customer service environment
  • Previous experience working in a retail environment with proven sales records
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues
  • Ability to utilise excellent time management skills and use own initiative and teamwork

Desirable requirements:

  • Previous experience with spa / leisure booking system
  • Visual merchandising awareness
