SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER | £45,500 per annum plus 12% bonus scheme
Hybrid role with 2 days office based and 3 days home-working. Occasional travel to our villages throughout the UK and Ireland will also be required along with occasional overnight stays.

We're looking for a creative, strategic and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to lead the storytelling for Center Parcs UK & Ireland and Aqua Sana Forest Spa - two of the UK's most loved leisure and wellness brands.
You'll be the driving force behind how our guests and followers experience our brands online. From TikTok trends and Reels storytelling to scroll-stopping campaigns that spark conversation, you'll bring the magic of the forest and the calm of the spa to life across our social platforms.

About the role
As our Social Media Manager, you'll:
- Lead and develop our talented in-house social media team to deliver creative, insight-led content for both Center Parcs and Aqua Sana Forest Spa.
- Shape and own social media strategies that drive awareness, engagement and brand love across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Create and oversee monthly content plans that combine storytelling, visual excellence and performance data to deliver measurable impact.
- Jump on emerging trends and cultural moments, making sure our brands stay visible, relevant and part of the biggest conversations.
- Work closely with other teams to deliver integrated campaigns that bring our brands to life.
- Use social listening and analytics to understand audience sentiment, shape strategy and optimise performance.
- Champion creativity, innovation and collaboration within your team, fostering a culture where great ideas grow.
About you
Essential requirements:
- Creative storyteller with exceptional copywriting and visual communication skills.
- Highly experienced in developing and delivering social media strategies for consumer brands.
- Passionate about trends, innovation and culture and love finding new ways to connect with audiences.
- Analytical and insight-driven, with experience using social reporting and listening tools.
- Confident, inspiring and supportive leader who brings out the best in your team.
- Organised, proactive and always ready to roll your sleeves up and make ideas happen.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable requirements:
- Experience within the hospitality, leisure or wellness industries.
- Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g. Sprout Social).
- Proven success growing and engaging audiences on TikTok and Instagram.

HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However, dynamic working is available whereby the earliest start time is 7am and the latest finish time is 7pm.
