ABOUT THE ROLE
CRM Assistant - hybrid role with 2 days office-based and 3 days homeworking
£26,700 per annum
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail‑focused CRM Assistant to join our CRM team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high‑quality, personalised customer journeys across email, SMS and in‑app channels.
You’ll support the end‑to‑end planning, build, testing and deployment of CRM campaigns aimed at engaging prospects, re‑engaging past bookers and winning back lapsed guests. You’ll also contribute to the delivery of guest service communications, research projects and corporate updates.
Working closely with Senior CRM Executives and the CRM Manager, you’ll help ensure all communications are accurate, data and content are up to date and campaigns are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the build, testing and deployment of CRM campaigns across email, SMS and in‑app channels.
- Assist with the delivery of guest services communications for CP, ASFS and other business areas.
- Contribute to the delivery of research communications and corporate messaging.
- Prepare content, manage updates and ensure all data, copy and assets are accurate before launch.
- Run quality assurance (QA) checks on all communications to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Monitor campaign and journey performance, highlighting issues or opportunities for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with Guest Services, Operations, Digital and other internal teams to coordinate updates.
- Maintain internal processes and documentation to support smooth campaign delivery.
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period (37.5 hours per week). Normal Head Office working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, however occasional flexibility may be required.
Please note, this role will be hybrid with 2 days office-based and 3 days homeworking.
ABOUT YOU
Essential requirements:
- Ability to define problems, collect data, and establish facts and experience in analysing marketing campaigns (preferably digital or CRM) to enhance performance
- Process driven, with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisation, collaboration, written and verbal communication skills at all levels
- Degree level education in marketing and/or an analytical related subject
- Experience in owning and managing one, or more, aspects of the digital marketing strategy
- Experienced in team management
- Experience in owning and managing one, or more, aspects of the digital marketing strategy
- Hands-on experience with Email service providers and/or campaign management tools/ software including Neolane, Unica, Adobe campaign or comparable database marketing tools preferred
Desirable requirements:
- Previous demonstrable experience in integrated marketing and CRM disciplines preferred (preferably including direct marketing, customer segmentation, targeting, retention marketing)
- Hands-on experience with analytic tools/software including Adobe Analytics or comparable analysis/reporting tools preferred
- Extensive experience with MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint required
- Effective people management and budget management experience
- Experience of loyalty and retention strategies
