Spa Assistant / Lifeguard – Qualified (fixed-term)

Bring calm, care and confidence to every guest

Join our team as a Spa Assistant / Lifeguard and help create a safe, clean and tranquil environment for our guests. You'll deliver exceptional service while maintaining the high standards and serene atmosphere of our Aqua Sana Forest Spa.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide lifeguard support and ensure guest safety at all times
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the guest experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and ambience through daily spa upkeep and deep cleaning routines
  • Support general maintenance to uphold spa presentation and hygiene standards

Your working hours

Please note that this is a fixed-term position until 25 September 2026

  • Part-time
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 45 over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
  • These shifts will fall between 7am and 10pm
  • This role includes working 3 out of 4 weekends and bank holidays

About you

  • RLSS Pool Lifeguard / NARS Qualification
  • Clear communicator with strong time management, attention to detail and initiative
  • Ability to build positive relationships across all levels and work well in a team
  • Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues

As part of the interview process, candidates are required to complete a swim test.

Note: You'll need to complete a DBS check before starting (we'll help with that).
