We are seeking a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie to prepare, cook and present menu items to high standards, supervise Kitchen Assistants and manage kitchen operations in the absence of a Kitchen Manager.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare and present dishes to high standards, ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and legal requirements
- Manage stock, portion control and minimise food waste to meet cost targets
- Support menu development and assist Kitchen Managers with procedures and standards

Your working hours
- Full-time
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

- Kitchen Assistant experience
