Spa Assistant Manager - Treatments

Sherwood Forest | Circa £36,200 per annum

Bring calm, care and confidence to every guest

Support the smooth running of the Aqua Sana Forest Spa by ensuring high service standards and adherence to health and safety guidelines. You will lead and develop a team of Beauty Therapists, fostering a motivated and high‑performing environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Support daily spa operations to maintain high service and building standards
  • Recruit, lead and motivate a large team of Beauty Therapists
  • Ensure compliance with all company health and safety procedures
  • Collaborate with the Spa Training Coordinator to manage the training schedule
  • Maintain consistent delivery of excellent guest service across the team

Your working hours

  • Full-time
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 160 over a 4week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements

About you

  • Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
  • Skilled in people management with great interpersonal skills
  • Level 3 Beauty qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience in spa industry or similar role
  • Knowledge of financial controls with excellent time management and task prioritisation
  • Friendly and guest-focused with customer service experience
