We're recruiting for an enthusiastic Childcare Assistant Manager to be responsible for the delivery of The Activity Den Children's programme, supported by the Family Activities Manager.
What you'll be doing
- Drive demand and identify opportunities to improve commercial programme management
- Ensure Activity Den compliance with company standards and TUSLA regulations
- Maintain guest care and building standards while leading a skilled, motivated team
- Promote wellbeing and performance through effective management strategies

Your working hours
- Full-time contract
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes weekends and bank holidays
- Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
About you
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Minimum Level 6 Early Childhood Care and Education or UK equivalent
- Previous supervisory experience with excellent people skills
Note: You'll need to complete a Garda vetting before starting (we'll help with that).
