Retail Team Leader
Longford Forest | €16.91 per hour
Deliver excellent service in the forest
We are seeking a service-driven Retail Team Leader to support the management of our retail team. You'll help lead colleagues to achieve financial, service and operational targets while ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve financial and service targets
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve queries promptly
- Oversee duty management of retail outlets during scheduled shifts

Your working hours
- Full-time contract
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes weekends and bank holidays
- Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
About you
- Strong relationship-building skills with colleagues and guests
- Retail or customer service experience with problem-solving ability
- Computer literate, including familiarity with electronic point-of-sale systems (tills)
