High Ropes Instructor
Woburn Forest | £13.83 per hour
Lead the way up, empower guests to conquer, climb and soar
Join our team and deliver fun, safe and memorable activity experiences for guests. In this hands-on role, you'll coach and supervise a range of adventure sessions while ensuring all equipment and safety standards are maintained to the highest level.
What you'll be doing
- Instruct and supervise activities such as aerial adventure, climbing and tree trekking
- Meet and engage guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience
- Set up, inspect and maintain equipment in line with company safety guidelines

Your working hours
- We are offering a number of annualised contracts for this role, whereby you'll be required to work a minimum of 350 hours per year across our peak holiday periods, including Easter and the Summer holiday
- Full and part-time contracts, Shift patterns will be 3 out of 4 weekends per period & shift times ranging from 8am until 7.30pm
- Training will take place over 3 weeks from the 01/06 & assessments will be held on the 22nd & 23rd of June (Candidates need to be available for these dates)
- Full information will be provided at interview
About you
- Must be aged 18 years or over
- Ability to perform under pressure with good communication skills
- Physically capable to meet the demands of the role and comfortable working at height
- Confident, sociable and works well in a team
