Spa Shift Manager
Longleat Forest | Circa £30,700 per annum pro rata
Bring calm, care and confidence to every guest
Lead the day-to-day operations of Aqua Sana Forest Spa. In this hands-on role, you'll ensure exceptional guest experiences, motivate a team and drive commercial success during your shifts.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee smooth spa operations and uphold high service standards
- Handle guest enquiries and take accountability for daily performance
- Lead, motivate and support a large team to deliver outstanding experiences
- Own a specialist area (Service, Therapy or Experience) while remaining flexible across all areas

Your working hours
- Part-time, working straight shifts
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 75 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes weekends
About you
- Experienced in customer service and people management
- Approachable and supportive with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Hold at least one of the following qualifications: Level 3 Beauty, NPLQ, PPO, Training Assessor or equivalent or willingness to undertake training
