High Ropes Instructor

Longleat Forest | £13.83 per hour

Lead the way up, empower guests to conquer, climb and soar

Join our team and deliver fun, safe and memorable activity experiences for guests. In this hands-on role, you'll coach and supervise a range of adventure sessions while ensuring all equipment and safety standards are maintained to the highest level.

What you'll be doing

  • Instruct and supervise activities such as aerial adventure, climbing and tree trekking
  • Meet and engage guests to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience 
  • Set up, inspect and maintain equipment in line with company safety guidelines

Your working hours

  • Full-time and part-time contracts, shift start times vary between 8:00am and 10:30am and shift lengths fall between 7.5 and 8.5 hours a day
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 64 to 120 hours over a 4week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
  • This role includes bank holidays

About you

  • Must be aged 18 years or over
  • Ability to perform under pressure with good communication skills
  • Physically capable to meet the demands of the role and comfortable working at height
  • Confident, sociable and works well in a team
