Longleat Forest | Circa £30,600 per annum plus tips
All colleagues working in the following restaurants: Rajinda Pradesh, Huck's American Bar and Grill, The Pancake House, Sports Café, The Lakeside Inn, Forester’s Inn and Vitalé Café Bar will benefit from the discretionary service charge we add to bills. We're looking for a Restaurant Shift Manager to ensure every shift runs smoothly and to the highest standards. In this role, you'll lead and motivate the team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, uphold brand standards and support ongoing team training.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee daily shift operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Lead and support the team, fostering a positive and proactive work environment
- Achieve budgeted sales targets and ensure efficient staff deployment
- Maintain high service standards and compliance with brand expectations

Your working hours
- Full-time, with shifts falling between 8am and 11:30pm
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays
