We are seeking a reliable Kitchen Steward / Porter to support our kitchen team. This role involves waste disposal, deep cleaning and operating pot-washing equipment to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen environment.
What you'll be doing
- Dispose of kitchen waste safely and hygienically
- Deep clean kitchen and wash-up areas
- Sweeping, mopping and operating pot-washing machinery

Your working hours
- Part-time, shifts fall between 1:00pm to 11:30pm
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 64 or 128 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes evenings and weekends

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- No previous experience is required
