Leisure Bookings Advisor (fixed-term)

Longleat Forest | £12.87 per hour

Help guests book their way to fun, fitness and creativity

You'll help keep our sports and leisure spaces running smoothly by handling activity bookings, hiring out equipment and supporting guests with a friendly, can‑do attitude.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage activity bookings and hire out sports equipment
  • Assist guests with enquiries and ensure equipment safety checks
  • Operate bowling lanes and support the pottery studio

Your working hours

Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 22nd October 2026

  • Part-time contract, with shifts falling between 7am and 9:15pm
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 60 to 90 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
  • This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays

About you

  • Good communication skills 
  • Warm, friendly and genuine approach to guests and colleagues 
  • Confident using IT systems and software
