First Aid and Emergency Technician

Woburn Forest | Circa £17,700 per annum

Provide calm care in the forest

We're looking for a qualified First Aider with a passion for helping others and making a real difference. In this role, you'll provide immediate care and support to guests and colleagues, ensuring safe and effective triage, treatment and referral when needed.

What you'll be doing

  • Respond to first aid and emergency call outs, providing assessment and treatment
  • Triage and treat at the First Aid Centre, referring to healthcare service providers when needed
  • Record incidents accurately, ensuring compliance with company and GDPR standards
  • Conduct vulnerability assessments and provide welfare follow-ups, documenting onward treatment needs

Your working hours

  • Part-time
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 95 over a 4week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
  • These shifts will fall between 8:30am and 4:30pm / 1pm and 9pm. You will be required to be fully flexible over a 7 day period.

About you

  • First Aid certification, with AED or extensive experience in providing First Aid
  • BLS Adult and Paediatrics or prepared to undertake training
  • Qualification in Oxygen administration or prepared to undertake training
  • Full driving licence, held for a minimum of 6 months
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritise and make calm decisions 
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft and other systems 
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Note: You'll need to complete a DBS check before starting (we'll help with that).
