Sports Café serves hearty meals and shows live sports in a lively, family-friendly setting.
Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one
Lead and coach the Sports Cafe team to deliver an excellent guest experience while achieving financial targets. This role requires supervisory-level catering or bar management experience, strong leadership, financial awareness and communication skills.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and coach colleagues to maintain high service standards
- Ensure guest satisfaction by proactively addressing queries and concerns
- Monitor and achieve financial targets through effective cost control and analysis
- Support back-of-house operations and work across units with varying service styles
- Utilise strong computer literacy and analytical skills for reporting and planning

Your working hours
- Full-time
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- These shifts will fall between 7am and midnight. You will be required to be fully flexible across a 7 day period
About you
- Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer literacy and analytical skills
- Previous supervisory experience at a similar level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to perform under pressure
