Guest Services Shift Manager

Be the difference between a good break and a great break
As Guest Services Shift Manager, you'll lead daily operations for the Guest Services team, ensuring exceptional care for around 4,500 guests per break. You'll coordinate arrivals, manage smooth processes and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.

- Oversee Guest Services operations and arrivals to ensure smooth daily processes
- Resolve guest issues promptly while leading, coaching and supporting the team
- Maintain compliance with company policies and deliver consistent high-quality service

Your working hours
- Full-time contract, with shifts falling between 8:30am and 10:30pm
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
About you
- Skilled in resolving escalated guest complaints with professionalism
- Exceptional customer service, communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient in computer literacy and highly organised
- Approachable and effective at building relationships across all levels
