We're seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly team. This role offers the opportunity to learn and progress while supporting the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes. Full training will be provided, so enthusiasm and a willingness to develop are key.

  • Assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and work effectively as part of a team
  • Follow health, safety and food hygiene guidelines

Your working hours

Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 2nd July 2027

  • Full-time, shifts fall between 7:00am and 5:15pm
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
  • This role includes early mornings and weekends
