Childcare Practitioner

Woburn Forest | £13.83 per hour

Bring the fun to life and create magical moments for families

We're looking for a Childcare Practitioner to help create a fun, safe and engaging environment for children.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver engaging activities that promote fun, safety and learning
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Build trust and rapport with children, parents and colleagues
  • Contribute to a cheerful, collaborative team environment

Your working hours

  • Part-time
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 90 over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
  • These shifts will fall between 8am and 8pm and you will be required to be fully flexible, including weekends

About you

  • Minimum Level 2 in Childcare or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with adults and children in various group sizes
  • Naturally outgoing, cheerful and enthusiastic personality

Note: You'll need to complete a DBS check before starting (we'll help with that).
