Indoor Activities Assistant Manager
Longford Forest | Circa €35,800 per annum
Help guests book their way to fun, fitness and creativity
Support the Indoor Activities Manager in the smooth running of indoor activities, ensuring excellent guest care and high standards. Drive team performance and foster a positive, motivated culture.
What you'll be doing
- Assist with day-to-day running of indoor activities
- Maintain equipment and building standards to ensure guest satisfaction
- Motivate, develop and manage team performance effectively
- Promote wellbeing and morale within the team through strong leadership

Your working hours
- Full-time contract, fully flexible
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
- Premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday
About you
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Supervisory experience with knowledge of budgetary controls
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high standards
