We are looking for three Finance Business Partners to provide strategic financial leadership and commercial insight across the business. As a trusted partner, you will influence and challenge stakeholders, help shape key business decisions, identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability, and provide data-driven recommendations that drive sustainable growth.

Working closely with senior leaders, you will lead financial planning, forecasting and analysis, evaluate investment opportunities, champion efficiency initiatives and ensure financial performance remains aligned to strategic objectives. This is a highly visible role, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact through commercial leadership, robust financial challenge and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing:  

  • Strategic Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing financial leadership, commercial insight and constructive challenge to support strategic decision-making. You will influence business plans, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure financial performance remains aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Financial Performance & Commercial Insight: Drive financial performance through robust analysis, forecasting and reporting. You will translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights, helping stakeholders make informed decisions that improve revenue, profitability and operational outcomes.
  • Planning, Investment & ROI: Lead financial planning activities, evaluate investment opportunities and develop robust business cases to support future growth. You will ensure investment decisions are commercially sound, deliver measurable returns and support long-term value creation.
  • Continuous Improvement & Value Optimisation: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, maximise returns and enhance overall business performance. Through commercial challenge and performance benchmarking, you will support cost optimisation, process improvement and the delivery of sustainable financial benefits.
  • Financial Leadership & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of the wider Finance function, sharing best practice and supporting transformation improvement initiatives. 

  

What We're Looking For: 

  • A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and experience partnering senior stakeholders to influence decision-making and drive business performance.
  • Experience working within a large, complex and customer / guest focused organisation, supporting significant budgets, investment decisions and commercial initiatives across multiple teams or functions.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to influence stakeholders, provide constructive challenge and translate financial insight into actions that improve business performance.
