We're looking for a Takeaway Manager to oversee operations at Restaurant Runner, a delivery-only restaurant offering multiple cuisines. You will lead a high-performing team, ensure operational excellence and maintain full commercial accountability while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

What you'll be doing

• Manage daily operations, cooklines and a small fleet of delivery vehicles
• Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen and health standards
• Inspire, develop and manage team performance, schedules and wellbeing
• Drive efficiency and profitability in line with company strategy and financial targets
• Deliver outstanding guest experience through strong collaboration

Your working hours

• Full-time contract
• 150 contracted hours per 4-week period
• This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays

About you

• Proven experience managing food and beverage operations and leading kitchen teams
• Strong financial skills with responsibility for budgets and business planning
• Proficient in stock management systems, ordering processes and computer literacy
• Knowledge of multiple cuisines and experience training and developing teams 
• Motivational, empathetic leader with strong coaching and influencing skills
